I booked a 1 bedroom suite. Upon arrival since we were 4 in total they upgraded my family to a 2 bedroom suite 1200 sq ft.Free. I was very happy with the suite and my children both teenagers loved the great facilities they had. Bowling alley, theater room, swimming pool , exercise room, golf and billiard tables ( all in the building!!!!). It was like living in a resort in the city. I was to go a visit my families house in the city but they came over instead because it was soo nice. Very friendly staff and nice clean sheets. Love This concept.

Location only.
Nothing was acceptable at all, it is very shame to have such place in your listing. I will not book any place through your site again.

The room is very spacious or a family. The location and view is fantastic. It overlooks the City Hall of Mississauga and Square One Mall.
The office of reservation is further than the building and it is very difficult to walk there, The security in the building has no contact with the office. It was very difficult in this freezing weather to reach to my building and when I moved to face 1 (building 1) I found that I am in building 3. When I reached to building 3 I asked for the keys as the office told me that there was an envelope with the keys inside but the security told me that he had nothing. I overlooked the enveloped in one corner and I told the security who gave it to me. Nothing bad about the hotel, it is fantastic.

"I enjoyed my stay with Pelican suite in Mississauga. I loved the concept of renting apartments with all facilities available to us just like at home. It was a spacious apartment. The kitchen and laundry room were big help as we were staying for multiple nights. We didn't have to go around looking for dining out places whilst dragging the kids along. There were ample facilities to keep the kids entertained. There was a swimming pool, gym, bowling alley, movie theatre, billiard room, virtual golf room etc. a free parking was available with our stay. I found the security to being a bit strict with visitors as they entered the building. Visitors had to register to enter the building. I had a friend visiting us that had a bit of an issue trying to enter the building until I was able to confirm to them as visitor to our apartment. This was bit annoying but at the same time advantageous as we were comfortable leaving the kids alone on the amenities floor, since the building is secure and protected under video surveillance. Pelican staff was friendly and co-operative. They helped us obtain an extra parking permit for my friend's car who wanted to stay with us till the late hours of the night. Excellent family friendly location in the center of the city, right next to the largest shopping mall in Mississauga (Square One) with a very large food court and 2 multi-screen cinemas (Cineplex and Empire Studio). My kids have insisted we stay at the same place whenever we visit Mississauga. We highly recommend Pelican Suites to all families."
Not really, keep up the good work?
